Michael Waniel - Operations

 

Mike founded WEB Companies, LLC in May 2017 after a thirty year career constructing and managing small to medium sized fast paced commercial construction projects in the Washington DC Metro marketplace as well as the eastern shore of Maryland, Delaware and the tidewater area of Southeastern Virginia. Projects include over one hundred convenience store/fueling locations, over twenty nationally branded pharmacy locations, and several carwash and strip retail centers for local DC metro developers. He is always engaged in the oversight and the daily management of all projects and strives diligently to exceed all of his customer's expectations.

Michael is a native of the DC area and currently resides in Fairfax with his wife and two daughters.

Jody Easter - Construction

 

Jody Easter partnered with WEB Companies, LLC  in 2019 to extend his successful career in this niche industry. He is a seasoned fast track commercial builder. He served as a project manager and account representative for nearly twenty years with various area general contractors. His primary focus was developing relationships and construction programs with companies such as ExxonMobil, Chevron, BP Amoco and Wawa.  During his most recent fifteen year tenure, he directly supervised the construction of over twenty five convenience store projects, several carwash projects and other small to medium sized commercial projects. These projects include fast track retail, medical office, pharmacy and restaurant construction and were completed for end-users such as CVS, Walgreens, Sentara, Advance Auto, and McDonald's.

Jody is a native of the Virginia tidewater area. He and his wife have two sons and currently reside in Carrollton, Virginia.

Nadeem Choudhry - Business Development

 

Nadeem joined Web Companies, LLC in January 2019

after serving sixteen years in the Washington DC Metro Commercial & Residential Real Estate Marketplace. Overall, Nadeem has nearly thirty years of progressively challenging and successful professional experience in Business Development, Marketing & Project Management in the Information Technology, Telecommunications, Petroleum and Commercial Real Estate Industries. As a Real Estate Broker, Nadeem worked as a diversified commercial, land, retail and shopping center Broker representing both Tenants and Landlords.  Nadeem is experienced in all phases of Commercial Real Estate including acquisitions, decommissioning, leasing, development and land assemblage. He is expertly knowledgeable of deal structures, tenant mix, business expansion, site selection, building practices, master plan implications, zoning codes and industry standards.   Nadeem has facilitated the planning, design, and construction of several large scale development projects from beginning to end. Nadeem’s notable contributions include brokering transactions with McDonald's Corp, 7-Eleven, Red Robin, Famous Dave's, BB&T Bank, TD Bank. Shell, Motiva Oil, and Sunoco. Nadeem has also worked with several local area preferred developers for CVS, Walgreen's, financial institutions, self-storage and assisted living developers and many more.  

 

Nadeem is a native of the DC area, residing in Northern Virginia for the last 30 years. He lives in Fairfax, VA with his wife and two daughters.
